1. Expert & Research Division（専門職・リサーチ部門）
Legal & Compliance（法務・コンプライアンス）

Responsibilities: Drafting and reviewing international commercial contracts (English/Japanese); formulating IP management and protection strategies (Patents/Trademarks); establishing compliance frameworks for export/import regulations (Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act, etc.).

Technical Researcher（テクニカル・リサーチャー）

Responsibilities: Analyzing the latest global research papers, technology trends, and laboratory equipment developments; preparing strategic technical reports.

Technical Writer / Editorial（テクニカル・ライター / 編集）

Responsibilities: Editing for industrial tech media platforms; drafting technical explanatory articles and whitepapers.

2. Global Supply Chain Division（グローバル・サプライチェーン部門）
International Procurement & Trade Specialist（国際調達・通関スペシャリスト）

Responsibilities: Negotiations with overseas suppliers; managing import/export logistics; supporting the seamless integration of precision equipment and components into the Japanese market.

Global Vendor Manager（グローバル・ベンダーマネージャー）

Responsibilities: Developing new technology partnerships; negotiating and securing exclusive distribution rights.

eCommerce & Digital Marketer（ECサイト運営・デジタルマーケター）

Responsibilities: Developing and managing B2B platforms; overseeing web advertising and digital growth strategies.

3. Business Development & Corporate Division（事業開発・コーポレート部門）
Business Development & Store Producer（事業開発・店舗プロデューサー）

Responsibilities: Concept design, branding, and operational guidance for Next-Generation retail (Smart Retail) environments.

Marketing & Public Relations（マーケティング・広報）

Responsibilities: Strategic planning and management of industry exhibitions (e.g., Battery Expo); expanding global brand awareness.

Back Office & Sales Operations（バックオフィス・営業内勤）

Responsibilities: Client relations; preparation of quotations and invoices; general administrative and accounting support.

Employment Conditions

Location
Osaka, Japan (Hybrid remote / flex-time options available).
Compensation
Commensurate with experience and ability, determined by company regulations (Probationary period applicable).
